NYE Outift- Velvet Jumpsuit

Image
I hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas! One of my favorite times to dress up for is New Years Eve dinner. I’ve styled one of the hottest trends of the season. The velvet jumpsuit! It is super versatile and looks great on many body types. I opted to throw on an oversized blazer with peep toe pumps. I showed two options; leave the blazer open to show off the flattering v-neck or clinch the blazer with a statement belt. Both ways are super chic. Add a pop of color with a clutch and you're NYE ready! This look is appropriate for cooler winters which I love. I've linked outfit details below! Jumpsuit- H&M ( here  in very limited sizes) similar one  here  and  here   also loving this one  here Blazer- Thrifted similar here Shoes- Jimmy Choo (old) Belt- Versace Clutch- Target (old) Necklace- Roxbox  *My picks are through ShopStyle Collective. Last Minute Holiday Gift Ideas- Him, Her and Toddler

Happy Holidays! Here are a few picks for last minute gifts for him, her and toddler! For Toddler: Paint set Gears Set Cozy Coupe Slide Gas Pump Easel My daughter has a paint set,  gears set, cozy coup, and easel. They are her most played with items at the age of 2. I would highly recommend these. Here is another mega gears set that she has:  Mega Gears Set For Her: Luxury scarf Hoop earrings Hat and gloves set Longchamp handbag (on my wishlist!— great luxury item for under $100) Cashmere hoodie (also on my wishlist! There’s something about cashmere and hoodie combo that gets me super excited!)  For Him: Card holder Cozy robe Grooming kit Fitbit Slippers  I think men also need pampering. I love the idea of a cozy robe and slippers. If he has new years fitness goals a fitbit is a great way to encourage that! My husband isn’t big on luxury items but I think that’s what would make a nice card holder special to that type of guy.

My Layering Must Have- The Fitted Cardigan

Image
Lately I’ve been attracted to cardigans as an essential layering pieces. Not just any cardigan though. The fitted cardigan with the perfect amount of stretch. I love wearing it buttoned up with a shell under so that it looks like a top. As well as the classic way, thrown over a tee or cami. I recently discovered the Jackie Cardigan from J. Crew and I never looked back. I have it in two colors already and will be adding more to my collection soon. It is the perfect staple and is extremely versatile. It’s also on sale right now!  Tip: I would recommend sizing up in this particular style. Also, machine wash and lay flat to dry. I linked this exact cardigan below along with some other cute options (wearing size XS for reference). Thanks you so much for reading! C. Kelley *My picks were powered by Shop Style Collective.
