Time to put those gift cards to use. I love after Christmas sales. It’s like the party is not over yet. I’ve rounded up a few of my favorites as well as items that I picked up around Christmas time that are on sale currently. It’s so comfy and great dressed up or down. Sequin Beanie Such a fun twist for the winter. It has a nice lining inside so it’s super cozy. And just like that. The last Christmas Series blog post. Wow! Time absolutely flew by this month. I feel like I just started this series. To wrap up things up are photos from my holiday maternity shoot. I was not pregnant during the winter with my first, Alora. I took full advantage of it my second time around. It’s such a beautiful and joyful season! I am so thankful for my family, being able to give to those who are less fortunate, being pregnant with my second child, and simply being able to live not a perfect life but an overall happy life. Bake something from scratch. This year I am optimistic that I can pull off a decent batch of Christmas cookies even though I'm not a great baker. Go ice skating  Horse and carriage ride. My hometown does this during the holiday season and I cannot believe that I have not done it yet. Drive/walk through Christmas light decorations . There are some amazing ones nearby. Play in the  snow with Alora. Wear something sparkly. Get a holiday manicure. Buy gourmet chocolate. Take Alora to get photos with Santa. Have  holiday  cards sent out at a decent time! Neon Beanie ($6!) | Coat (similar, same brand) | Sneakers I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not that into trends. But, when I saw this beanie I thought that it was a lot of fun. This neon green color is also my favorite to wear in the summer. So why not add a pop of your favorite summer color to your winter wardrobe? Added plus, this beanie is super warm and cozy for those winter days. Find out later that this trend was not really for you? It’s ok!
