Savory Breakfast Idea


If you love savory for breakfast, this is the one! Filling and delicious.

-1 sweet potato
-2 eggs
-handfull of chopped bell pepper
-handfull of chopped onion
-seasoned with Wegmans cajun seasoning 

Sauté sweet potato in oil of choice until tender. Add chopped onions and green pepper about half way through- season with your heart and cook until tender. Set potato and onion/pepper mixture to side. Scramble egg in same pan. Mix all together and enjoy.
